[Hypothetical] What would be TRP way of acting if you're on a date and the girls starts talking to another dude? This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I just went and spoke to someone else in the smoking area. She returned within minutes, I carried on like normal and we went back to hers later on. | /r/askTRP | 31/05/18 11:32 PM
Advice for starting fitness habit?I went from 350lbs to 220lbs in 18 months. Dedicate a year to it. You'll see results in 2 weeks and that should be all the motivation you need. Edit* added 2 weeks | /r/askTRP | 12/04/18 12:43 AM

Bench - Left hand weaknessHave you dislocated your shoulder or injured your left side? I dislocated mine and one side is weaker than the other. I've just done a lot of reading on it and I'm now going to start isolating one delt and one tri at a time by doing more dumbbell work instead of doing both sides at once. E.g single arm tricep push downs instead of tricep rope push downs, dumbbell OHP instead of barbell OHP. I'll do it for a few months and then reassess. I'll still bench in the mean time. | /r/askTRP | 05/04/18 05:42 PM
I'm a obese, shy male. Need some help.Strongly consider it OP. Dedicate a year to it. A year is fuck all. It changed my life. I was morbidly obese, 6'1 at about 350lbs when I discovered Keto. 18 months later I'm 220lbs and 18% body fat. Still want to get shredded as fuck but 18 months ago it wasn't even a thought in my head I'd be here. I've only just discovered TRP so you're already ahead of where I started. Combine the two and you'll be the man you were born to be. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/18 05:17 PM

Keto Before & After Reconsidered: Why Frame is Everything, Don't Let This Be YouI've been Keto for a year. Lost over 50kg (I was morbidly obese). I am no longer a borderline diabetic and I'm in the shape of my life. I didn't do it because celebrities told me to, because I thought it was the most natural way to eat or because I thought it was Alpha. I did it because I thought "This is a diet I could easily stick to". Different things work for different people. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/01/18 09:42 PM
