I agree with the PA Supreme Court’s decision because I believe Cosby deserves the full protection of the Fifth Amendment, and allowing his conviction to stand under these circumstances would create a bad precedent, thereby allowing and incentivizing the Commonwealth to use the same double-dealing tactics against other citizens.
