That whole triggered thing has always pissed me off, the truth is if an event triggers an illness such as ptsd, you usually dont announce it, last time I "triggered" as they call it, i almost broke one of my best friends arms, because he touched my bible. It was about one second until he was on the ground with one hand on his wrist and the other on tlhis elbow about to snap it.
