I have two reactions when I see someone saying, promoting, living in a blue pill way: 1.) I just hate seeing people be wrong. I need to correct it. If someone said the sky was orange during midday, I would reflexively feel the need to say that it isn't, that it's blue. 2.) The more hate, and the less views this sub get, the better it is for me. I fully buy into TRP core beliefs, and if this were to spread suddenly like wildfire, I'd be at a competitive disadvantage.

Don't know why you're being downvoted. Maybe just for showboating language. My personal belief is that being low body fat % is MORE important than muscle, but not by much. A 5'10'' guy at 150 10% body fat is going to outdo or equal a 5'10'' guy at 205 pounds 22% body fat. The key is to be 5'10'' 178 pounds and 10% body fat, but how many guys do you see like that?

Only what women don't realize is that just because someone will ignore the fact that you only have an associates degree in bullshit, they'll still offer you jobs worth 6 figures that require ph.ds. Being Skinny is way better than being fat. If you're fat, and want to look good, you have to lose all the extra weight before you can start lifting to any effect because you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Just find a program online and eat 700 calories more than your BMR*1.2 making sure to get 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (american system) or more.
