I tried it as well. There’s no good flip phones and you lose out on useful aspects of smartphones (uber, maps, etc.) For me what worked was deleting all the social media from phone. Then I started leaving my phone on my desk at work and at home when I would do things like run or walk my dog. I also muted all notifications and keep my ringer on silent unless I’m specifically expecting calls.

Blackpill is fundamentally flawed in that it fails to take into account that looks are only a part of what constitutes attractiveness.
