It's ironic seeing someone tell a MGTOW what to do. Being told what to do is the antithesis of being MGTOW. careful you don't cut yourself on all of that edge, bro. MGTOW isn't about being some anarchistic dickhead who does whatever he wants. I mean you can, so long as you are not breaking any law, but I wonder how long you can keep that going.

Just focus on being the best version of yourself that you can be mentally and physically. Can you honestly say that you've achieved all of your life's ambitions and dreams already? If all of your life's goals were tied up with women then that's probably why you are left without a purpose. Time to search deeper within yourself and figure out what that purpose is, one that has nothing to do with a women's approval.

My daily routine now involves waking up at 5 in the morning and hitting the gym in my condo building for light cardio and workout, followed by 30 min meditation session. By the time it's 7 am I feel like I've already accomplished something in the day and doing the workout makes me energized and focused to do my work. By noon I would already get a lot of work done and it's a great feeling to know that I have the rest of the day to just mess around or do more work if I need to. ​

also I want to ask why did you get married at your age to a woman who can't give you any children? I mean what can you do with her married that you could not do just living together with her? I get that she's great and amazing now but will that be the case 5, 10 years from now? umm well I can't really relate to the whole meth and orgy thing, just for whatever reason since childhood I was always different than other kids but in the way that gets me excluded from the group. Exclusion has been part of my life so I just choose to embrace it now. I want no part of the 'normie' life but I still have this underlying sense of anxiety in me that won't go away despite all the meditation and inner work I do. Maybe it's because I'm still tied to the normal society to make a living…

I joined a martial arts gym, which was good, but then I got injured and fucked me up for couple of months and had to spend money i don't have on physio therapy, so it doesn't seem worth it. Now I get my exercise in my condo gym which is better equipped than the usual ones of such kind. I enjoyed taking my bicycle to places but of course it's winter now so not really practical.

gee gramps, tell us what amazingly meaningful things you do with your time I watch specific streamers who are entertaining because I can do my work while I watch a game I wanted to check out. What's REAL waste of time is actually sitting there and playing the game myself which is just same shit you do with every other game - press a bunch of buttons, win, lose, it's all meaningless at the end. I'm essentially outsourcing my video game playing to someone else while I get my work done

I don't know how old you are but as a 30 yr old I am a bit more hopeful about technological advancement moving on an exponential curve upwards so hopefully in 10-20 yrs we will see something pretty close. Plus as more nerdy scientists become mgtow my hope is that more brain power will be going towards developing the perfect fem bot. Just think back to 30 yrs ago and where we are now. Who's to say we won't have affordable sexbots in 30 yrs?
