If they charged them, some would, especially in Vegas. I used to live there, and I had female friends, some even in relationships, who would go to the clubs because it was free to get in and guys would give them free booze. They enjoyed being treated that way, and probably wouldn't have been going to the clubs if they had to pay, and thus weren't getting that VIP treatment they had been getting.
