Women are getting the majority of jobs and men are left with the scraps. A company doesn't have to worry about not hiring men as much as women or "protected minority groups". You can do it offline or online, and be rewarded or praised for it. Men vent, talk about their lived and often times, denied experiences, and this is somehow worse and equates to "hating women".
