I love when they comments are talking about false rape claims being 2%. Well first off bitch, that study was 2-10% and if rape is so under reported to the police ( some people say only 1 in 3 rapes are reported) that should make false claims of rape are under reported as well. Not only that the original 2-10% is only accounting for actual cases that the woman said she lied or was proven in court she lied. Not when there's no evidence, not when they recant the claim. So fuck you

When i did security for a medical center I had too menny moments like this. To name a few, when i was stabbed my a psyche patien, seeing abused children with the person who hurt them in the room then seeing them brake down after me and the cops put them in cuffs, a 6 year old burn vic from a house fire, and a doctor who got shot in the parking lot. Shit still fucks me up.

like I said I got it from the DOJ sight. you can enter to sex with a condom, or with birth control ect. that's like dating if you concent to sex I get to fuck you in the ass because it's still sex. and what the fuck to you think deception means

The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” right for the DOJ site.

rape is all about consent. you only consented under these curtain parameters related to the act it's self, birth control, don't cum inside ect.

the sex was agreed with certain conditions. if I only concent to sex with you under the terms that you use some from of birth control, and you disregard those terms that is rape.

so bit works both ways, and women lie about being an birth control FAR more than men rape. so buy useing that information wouldn't that mean women rape more then men

I have a good friend that was falsely accused by an ex. she found out another more attentive boy in high school was interested in her and he didn't much like my friend. when asked how she could "do stuff" him by her new boyfriend she said he forced her to do it. que him and all his friends wanting to beat up my friend. this is why I get so angry when someone says " well why would she lie"

" I'm worried about being raped" sounds like you need to learn how to avoid getting raped

it's always funny how when high profile domestic abuse cases come about no one wants to talk about the fact that women are the ones who start attacking men far more often than men start attacking women.

my kids mom shot at me with a 22. I grabbed the gun from her and pushed her on the sofa. she called the cops. they came guns drawn, put me in cuffs in front of the entire apartment complex. wasn't until after they talked to her did they take the cuffs off and let me go. they did ask if I wanted to press charges, that's more than most men get.
