Is it best to break the divorce decision to her when she is is a mostly positive and stable mood so that you can attempt to stay calm and composed when relaying the information? Hopefully this helps gain more peaceful cooperation from her during divorce talks with lawyers and to try and keep peace in the house around me and the kids. Idk. How did you go about finding the lawyer? Did you do it solo and presented this place to your wife before you filed the paperwork? What type of practice was it? As far as agreements, did you have a preconceived a plan on what you wanted her to negotiate with you and she was cool with it? My situation is my wife is a SAHM for 2 kids for over 10 years and has refused to go back to work to help bring in a few more funds for the family which would assist in all of the purchases she insists on making.…
