3	Gym and fitness really take things up to next level Its not even about good physique , its the self confidence and healthy mind that helps , good physique is a bonus. Its the only way i fought my way out of depression. Do this guys, worst case you will be healthy and single . Tbh a girl makes plan and you hang out , why wouldn’t she get intimate when asked for ? If she really liked you even a kiss on cheek will do .
