8	Finally getting serious about teaching myself how to cook. Bought some cast iron cookware and I’ve been loving it. The reason for that is grinds are done with meat that is going to expire in a day. I work in the meat department and when steaks have 1 day left we grind them up and put 1 day on them. Thats why its a far cheaper price per pound and allows us to recoop some of our shrink.
