I love the feeling when you're on a date or something with a girl for the first time and you have your first moment where you lock eyes for a while after a joke / story when you're both smiling and neither people break away - Inner self is like "Yea, we both know whats going on here now"

Yea I agree. The moment I was thinking of was more of a "Oh look my drinks empty, I could use another one." She wasn't flat out asking but clearly implying that she needed another one

I didn't read your whole post, but holy shit I can not agree with you more about the roller coaster analogy. I used to be scared to death and then one day, can't remember how it came up, but I got my friends to take me to a theme park and made them force force me to go on every roller coaster. Now I love them. Thanks for helping make this connection to girls and whatever. Just face it head on and let it go. Nothing else you can do so might as well enjoy it Edit: love the part about composure too…

maybe it's the look of sheer terror on your face that turns on them off. Jokes aside. I'm not sure what to tell you. I used to be the same way. then shrug your shoulders and move on. Also I wouldn't recommend sitting there and staring until they see you, because chances are someone she is with will say like that guys staring at you. Try to make it more incidental if that makes sense.
