Plus all that “I should be creeped out but the fact that he went to all this trouble... just for lil ol’ me... 🥺” nonsense.

Or maybe he could have treated his girlfriend like an actual human being with feelings and not called her “gross” to her face.

This is exactly it. My grandmother has always had one piece of advice about men: “Treat ‘em mean, keep ‘em keen.”

This, 100%. If a man is really, genuinely into you he isn’t interested in playing games, and he doesn’t want to let anyone else swoop in. He’ll make time for you, he’ll make effort, and he’ll make his interest clear. If anyone ever seems unsure about how they feel about you or the prospect of having a relationship with you, LEAVE. I wish this was a lesson I’d been taught earlier too.

If the first thing a guy told me was that he was looking for a wife, I’d assume he was either religious, desperate or looking for a maid. We’re not talking about date talk here, they’re chatting on an app.

Whichever one of them posted it felt comfortable enough to share this video online, and it got picked up as “bae goals” on Instagram. This shit is normalised.

This is where your growth is and it was empowering for you to say what you had to. Expending time and energy on someone who doesn’t matter isn’t empowering, it’s the opposite. You’re giving them power.

You were too defensive. His “this is moving too fast” and “you’re too attached” is just a way for him to tell you that he doesn’t want to be with you without wanting to make himself feel bad. You took it personally but honestly - why? And why do you feel the need to justify yourself to him? If you weren’t that serious about it, don’t send him long defensive paragraphs. Don’t entertain his roundabout bullshit. Just cut it off. You said it yourself, he’s done you a favour, and if you wanted to see…

How many guys are gonna immediately say “I want to get married” when asked on a dating app what they’re looking for, though? If anything it would strike me as odd, like he’s saying “I want a wife and I don’t care who it is”.

In the ten years I’ve been with my husband, I’ve never even dreamed of saying “you don’t make me happy” and he’s never even suggested anything remotely close to that either. In fact we tell each other often how happy our relationship makes us. Hearing somebody you love actually tell you that you make them miserable, and choosing to use that to blame them instead of looking inward at your own actions, is the sign of a nasty, unempathetic person imo. Definitely nobody to be taking relationship adv…

I’m pretty sure this is a cam girl or stripper looking for new customers, just based on the content of the “fantasy” and the image. They know this is the kind of stuff their audience fantasises about.

I know what you mean, but I feel like having self esteem this low must be due to a history of abuse, so I’ll never be able to stop feeling sympathy for women that do stuff like this. :(

You’re shallow. You’ve perfected the art of seeming interesting - you‘re probably superficially confident, you know how to excite a woman on the first meeting, and you can get a woman into bed. But none of them want to come back for more because that’s all you have. If you want an actual relationship with a woman you need more substance. Who wants to date a guy whose only interest is “banging women”? Five years into a relationship, what are you gonna talk about if you have no career and no hobbi…

Yes, you see notallmen but if you complain about negative things men do then you hate all men. It makes sense if you lack any critical thinking skills.

I don’t like him at all, but I don’t think this quote is that bad honestly. It’s obviously meant to be tongue in cheek, and I don’t think it’s outrageous to put the well-being of your kids over that of your partner, whether you’re a man or a woman. Prioritise both over everything else, but kids come first.

I believe she’s saying a “good man with a gun” is at the top of the pyramid, i.e. the thing you pursue when all your other needs are met. Until you have financial security, social happiness, self-actualisation, etc. you shouldn’t worry about finding a man.

According to his comment history he works as a bouncer, so he’s not making a lot of money either, just deluded.

But this post obviously isn’t saying “if you’ve ever played a video game or watched Netflix you’re low value”. If your hobbies add something to your life there’s no need to be defensive about them.

Come on. There’s nothing wrong with video games, or Netflix, YouTube or Reddit... in small doses. The problem is when people revolve their lives around those things.

Men hate the fact that women judge them based on their appearance. They spend all their lives assigning numbers to women and nitpicking our every flaw and then have the audacity to get annoyed when our standards rise above “shower occasionally” and “shave”. They convince themselves that women don’t care about appearance, and then when they find out that women get turned on by good looking men they lose their minds over the idea. That’s why they’re all so obsessed with “Chad”.

When pretty much all your sexual experiences were unpleasant at best and traumatic at worst, it’s hard to relax enough to orgasm with another person. I went through this myself, it’s tough to get past that mental barrier but you can do it with a genuinely good partner.

Woman: I don’t like it when you do that. I wish you would do this. I feel unloved. I feel unheard. Why won’t you listen to me? Man: lol women and their nagging amirite? Woman: leaves Man: WOMEN ARE SO IRRATIONAL

Their self-esteem is ground into the dirt from the day they’re born. Unhealthy parental relationships, society telling them that they’re cheap objects to be used and discarded, and then with religious women you get the added bonus of being told that you’re dirty by nature and the source of all sin. Women with healthy self-esteem don’t pick losers because they know they deserve better. Women who feel inferior because that’s all they’ve been told from birth will work and work and work at making a …

But I thought men were so great and that they “built civilisation”? You mean to tell me that the men who take credit for other men’s work to try and put down women are actually losers with no ambition and no prospects?

In my experience, trying to talk to women in dysfunctional relationships like this about their boyfriends just makes them super defensive and angry at you. We all wish we could reason fellow women out of abusive relationships, but that’s not usually how it works in reality. The best thing to do in situations like this is to be there for them so they have support when they decide to leave.

I’m not advocating sleeping with 100 guys obviously, that would be risky for several reasons. But a dick is a dick, they don’t have transformative powers.

Add it to the list of unscientific “tests” that men create so they can convince themselves they’re in control of women’s sexuality. All so that they don’t have to admit to themselves that there’s no material difference between a woman having sex with 100 different men and 1 man 100 times.

They come up with these weird gross ideas about us “absorbing male DNA” and being controlled by it like it’s some parasitic entity. And then we’re the ones that are accused of hating men.

I love the missionary position. It feels good, it’s intimate, and it gives a lot of clitoral stimulation which makes it the position most likely to make me orgasm. But funnily enough the sex position that allows face-to-face contact and female pleasure is the one that gets hate, lmao.

There was a viral story online a couple of years ago as well about a Japanese man who didn’t speak to his wife for 20 years because he was sulking. Why? Because... he was jealous of the attention that she gave to their children.
