Why would the photographers on Instagram be better than the ones on yelp or thumbtack? A lot of the Instagram photographers I looked at specialize in wedding photos

I've done weightlifting on and off for around a year. I don't enjoy it either and have taken breaks between because I didn't enjoy it. I especially dislike squats and deadlifts. But I've also had enough motivation to keep doing it since I know its beneficial for me So I might be able to force myself to continue with BJJ. Maybe just try a different school to see if I enjoy the people there more. Maybe that will help me reach my goals faster than starting from scratch with boxing?
/r/MGTOW215/06/21 02:50 PM

Should I also lift weights while boxing? Or doing them both hinders progress in them both?
/r/MGTOW215/06/21 02:06 PM

Why boxing instead of BJJ?

Why should I go with BJJ instead of boxing? I tried it for 4-5 months and didn't make much progress with it and didn't find it fun
/r/MGTOW215/06/21 02:04 PM

I did BJJ for about 4-5 months. Beginners with less experience than me were beating me too. I also just didn't find BJJ any fun, it was hard to stay motivated with it

Its not just shyness and social anxiety I want to improve on But also being more assertive, being more confident in case I have to deal with aggressive confrontational people
/r/MGTOW215/06/21 02:00 PM

Wouldn't BJJ or boxing hinder muscle building from weightlifting?
/r/MGTOW215/06/21 01:56 PM

How is boxing better for real-life self-defense than BJJ?
/r/MGTOW202/02/21 05:10 PM

I'm mostly interested in the mind benefits. I thought for building strength, weightlifting would be better

Should I tell my boss what you suggested upfront or only if it comes up when it's obvious I'm not working at home? Sorry, I didn't word the OP well enough. Your answer would probably work if I only stayed here a few days. I meant to clarify that I may stay here on a longer-term basis (such as at least a month) depending on how I like it this week. In that case, I would need a better excuse as to why I choose to stay here, right?

I'm curious to know the answers to your questions too
/r/seduction23/07/18 06:23 PM

but what about if she sees that I have hardly any followers, and currently none of them are females? What if she sees that the only people who like my photos are guys?
/r/seduction23/07/18 06:22 PM

Why is that relevant?

Thanks for the tips. I guess the biggest problem I had was I needed to warm up with the throwaway sets first
/r/seduction10/07/18 04:12 PM

I felt more nervous during the day since at night I can do a ton of approaches, and go from nervous to confident quickly. The girls at night were stationary, and some of the girls during the day were stationary and some were walking somewhere
/r/seduction10/07/18 07:26 AM
1

ok. But the point of my post was I wanted some feedback. Is it typical to get rejected like the way I did during daygame using direct approaches? Or was it because I was giving off bad vibes, and this should improve the more I do it?
/r/seduction10/07/18 05:14 AM

I want to do daygame and nightgame so is it typical to get rejected like the way I did during daygame using direct approaches? Or was it because I was giving off bad vibes?
/r/seduction10/07/18 05:13 AM

I did initial say a compliment like "you look really nice" or "you look really beautiful" They would then smile, say thanks, and literally only say "no" when I said assumptions about them, or walk away quickly
/r/seduction09/07/18 06:35 AM

I just tried direct approaching at night and day. The girls at night were much more receptive than the girls in the day. When I tried the assumptions (similar to "You look like the type that'd be into movies") on the girls in the day, they would just say literally "no" and that's it. I would either continue with assumptions/guesses and they would keep saying "no" until either they eventually just walked away or I gave up because they looked uninterested. I don't think any of them said something …
/r/seduction09/07/18 03:55 AM

Thanks so much for the advice again! I really appreciate it. I'll try to apply your suggestions in my next approaches
/r/seduction05/07/18 06:10 PM

Thanks for the reply! Really good stuff I just had a question. If you start off with direct, such as "Hi there, I just wanted to say hi because you look really cute!", then how do you segue that to talking about a commonality such as movies? What would you say in after the opener but before talking about the commonality?
/r/seduction05/07/18 03:32 PM

Also seems related to Alan Watts' "backwards" law, which is that if you seek positive experiences, you will end up miserable, but if you seek and accept negativity, then you receive positive emotions

I can understand how incels might be naive like this. What I can't understand is how guys who go through multiple breakups or divorces can't see this?
/r/MGTOW17/05/18 04:47 AM
1

They just blame everyone else. And I believe this supports the claim that what goes around comes around. Blaming others will leave them miserable because they'll see themselves as powerless and others and the world responsible for their lives. That leads to anger when the world doesn't give them what they want I see a lot of girls who were major sluts settle with rich beta guys And those sluts will likely pay for it. They'll be very angry and frustrated that their beta doesn't turn them on. Sinc…

as selfish people getting away with stuff they become more and more entitled and bold until they finally meet the wrong situation which lets them have it. yes, this is kind of the point I was trying to make. Selfish people may get away with stuff initially, but eventually something else unrelated puts them in their place

Maybe you should just tell them you're gay. If they mock you for it, AGREE with them. That should shut them up

Are you talking about the Oculus RIFT or Oculus GO? Just wanted to make sure since some people here are talking about the Rift, when I was asking about the GO in the OP

I agree with a lot of people here. If your keeping busy, you have less time to think. The idea is that by constantly going forward, you can't look back to reflect on your past. Even when I try to keep busy with work, there's always going to be down times and that's when depression can hit. And it's not possible to always be busy with something. There will be periods of not doing something, and thats another time depression can hit For example, I hit the gym for 2 hours today and still had flashe…

I've already tried all those things, and none of them have really helped much. Except maybe gratitude if I compare myself to those who have it extremely bad, like people who are homeless, in prison, in extreme poverty, etc

I already have some hobbies. I go for walks, bowling, learn a foreign language by watch TV shows in that language, exercise at the gym, cook my own food, etc. I used to play sports but got tired of dealing with overly aggressive, competitive jerks. I'm not always depressed, but it does happen

Regarding your experience at Denny's, I've experienced that many times as well. I just thought there might be a problem with too much solitude, since people skills are supposedly the best trait needed to succeed in the business world by gaining promotions, networking, etc

this blonde stylist says to me: “Isn’t this city a friendly place to live? I’ve made so many friends here in the short time I’ve been here.” I think she meant to say she's made many superficial friends. I've heard the reality is that female friends just stab each other in the back and secretly hate each other out of jealousy

Unless people want something from one another, they wouldn't bat an eye if that person dropped dead. Just how it is. Two exceptions being: (1) Family .. I'm not totally sure about (1). Oh, I agree that even family wouldn't really give a shit if I died, other than my mom and grandma. I know for a fact my brother, uncles, aunts, and cousins wouldn't give the slightest care

All I can say about stocks is that right now, the market is at an all time high. This is the worst time to buy. Buy low, and sell high. Don't follow the herd. .. When the next recession hits (not the collapse), stock prices will plunge, and gold and silver will rise. That's usually true, but I'm concerned that the next recession will be a collapse or hyperinflation, not just some minor recession. That's why I was considering investing in stocks/index funds now. I figured that's better than just …

Real estate does poorly when interest rates go up, as they do when hyperinflation hits, but no one would have the cash to buy it even then. Renting it is not assured either. You need a place so this shouldn't be considered an investment anyway. What about REITs for hyperinflation?

Yeah, you're right. The movie is more than just Lester going MGTOW. It is about how so many people try to be fake by conforming to society and putting on an image. This was demonstrated perfectly when the wife goes on a self-hating rant because she failed to sell the home. She's obsessed with being "successful" so she can impress others Only a few dare to express themselves freely, such as the gay men and Ricky Fitts (the drug dealer). Ricky pays the price as his father beats him and he's an out…

Most countries outside the West are much more collectivist and might see individualism as strange and indicative of mental issues Jesus. So if I'm an introvert and prefer keeping to myself to avoid socializing with loud, obnoxious westerners (especially the women), then they'll think I have mental issues? I worked in Korea for a bit in a non-tech role, and they did treat me that way. So I never want to set foot in Korea again. But even China and Japan think that way? That said, you will need to …
