6	It says: "Your ballot is invalid if you choose one person twice or two male applicants"! And there is only one female applicant! In other words, if you pick two you HAVE to pick the woman or your vote is invalid. I actually think this is a better system, that way people aren't so afraid of "wasting" their vote.
