don't worry man. Nothing personal and hope you dont think so either. Just happened to catch me on an argumentative day stuck at the house with nothing better to do but draw out arguments to their bitter conclusion.

and for bonus sticking up for my "cohort", how dare you mock his comma usage? http://www.reddit.com/r/needadvice/comments/lumf9/do_you_feel_like_nobody_tries_to_contact_or_stay/c2vs1xv Holy unnecessary comma usage batman. (and its the same on nearly all of your posts at least within the first page) At least he is just being lazy. You genuinely never learned the rules for commas. And I doubt you are adding extras in just for fun, so its more of a concern. Does that make you a dumbass? No. am I a …

So do as you like, but don't complain than your choice effects people's perceptions of you or that people don't want to read it. affects. See how annoying that is?

you are tragically misinformed if you think that taking shortcuts is equivalent to not knowing the rules. do you really think that I don't know the punctuation rules or how to spell you? There is a difference between typing in an informal way and making errors because of ignorance. As long as the informality is appropriate its fine and doesn't reflect on your intelligence or manners. If you have trouble deciphering the meaning of "how r u," you are in no place to judge someones intelligence in t…

Well the Dunning-Kruger effect pretty much assures us that for every one of our self deprecating intelligent people, there will be 100s more dumbasses that think they are smart. But since they can't prove it by actually accomplishing or figuring anything out, they instead bitch about grammar to feel superior. =( Sometimes i use the wrong form of there on purpose. I see it as sort of a charity. Kind of like donating change to the beggars.

yes but arrogant people are often not intelligent. There's a Venn diagram somewhere in here.

they key is that they think they are. But who doesn't think that they're intelligent really. I very much doubt that the internet grammar nazi's are a bastion of unbridled intelligence though. And these are mostly 18-25 year old male nerds were talking about. Hardly the target demographic when texting girls we are interested in. Plus no one is like that to people they know in real life, for fear of being called out on their pedantry.

i think that arrogant, or maybe stuck up is the word your looking for. Intelligent people are no more picky about grammar than normal people.

haha well i'd love to debate the finer points, but you seem convinced that I'm awkward nerd that goes nuts for anything in a skirt under 130 pounds =/. Keep up the good work in Tokyo though. Sounds like a great time regardless of what country is marginally easier.

I think you are getting me wrong. I have no trouble in the states either. Getting girls is easy no matter where you are. Its a pretty basic part of human life, I don't think you're going to find many people arguing that its difficult no matter what country you are in. What im saying is that being a foreigner in asia has so many facets of game built into it by just existing there. Its just easier for those reasons. Its an effort discrepancy here rather than a skill discrepancy though. You still h…

thats interesting, and don't get me wrong i'm not trying to bring you down at all by location. (im doing the same thing!) Plus theres a ton of guys out here that have no idea what they are doing, but I have found asia to be a little unique. For starters its a very homogeneous place, so you stand out a lot and get a lot of attention just for being a foreigner. This opens a lot of doors. Its so easy to open here. Its kind of weird, you can do things that if a native guy would do it would creep the…

are you of asian decent? Because its not at all in my experience from living abroad for two years. Being a white guy i think is a huge factor in it. Lot of other things come into play as well that aren't a factor in the US. (FYI, im talking about developed asian countries like Japan/Korea, not less developed ones like cambodia et al).

doesn't i kind of feel like gaming in asia is cheating? Def not knocking it though, keep up the good work.

i think it depends a lot on how you frame it. If you are a shy defeatist type it could definitely mean "You would never go for a geezer like me" and put it on her terms. I think a confident easy going guy could definitely give off a "you couldn't get me if you tried" vibe, and turn yourself into the prize. With everything though its all in how you say it and how you present yourself rather than the words themselves.

not sure how to do that. Seems to pop up randomly as far as I can see.

in my experience this always mean they just don't want to go on a date with you. The only exception being a cancellation with an alternative date or at least making some other tentative plan.

really? for some reason kissing always seems to come before hand holding. For some reason hand holding seems really too intimate a lot of the time. There are very few girls that I have held hands with before I have kissed them. Is that just some weirdness on my part or is anyone else like that.

well thats a little different then. you probably don't have to put much effort in anyways. Her mind is probably made up lol. As to the morality of hooking up with her, thats up to you.

I don't get it. You already hooked up with her before. And shes calling you to tell her about her victoria's secret trip. It can't me much more of a layup than that. Your not really picking up here, more like playing some weird unnecessary headgames.

agreed. Playing it off like shes the presumptuous one by saying that is a pretty good play IMO. Go with her. Bring your A game and impress all her friends with how fun you are. Just don't stand and talk to her the whole time and act like your on a date. She will either start to wish it was a date because you seem different because you are able to have a great time when sex is apparently off the table (with her at least) or maybe become a wing man for you with her hot friends. I am not really gre…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
