it depends who they're partying with. regardless i would say they were dumb to get blackout drunk and give up all control of the situation. still the reality is that the risk of things going horribly wrong is far greater for girls than boys.

This information is a bit skewed because it's from the Innocence Project. In order for them to help, the incarcerated person needs to put forth an effort and can only be helped if there's DNA evidence in the case. It's actually kind of strange that any guilty people actually go through all this trouble just to prove they did it. While false rape accusations are a problem, it would be a stretch to assume that 43% of rape accusations are false from this.

If the woman got a lesser punishment than a man would have or if the man was considered at fault then it would belong here. This is just a woman committing a crime so I'm kind of confused.

This article is absolute madness! Someone said their lives are ruined because of this. WTF? And is no one wondering where the girl learned that behavior? I get that it may have come about naturally, but I would bet money on her being molested... you know, by an adult... not by a four-year-old that doesn't understand what she's doing to him. I just hope we don't have to start saying "legitimate molestation" now.

The whole thing reminds me of this question from the Stan Lee AMA, which completely ignores the fact that the standard male super hero has giant muscles and a dick bulge. The only difference is that we don't whine about it. Girls in JRPGs do tend to have lower hit points and strength, though. But my real guess is that she's going to complain about Lara Croft. You know, because she's wearing make up and doesn't look like she's been raiding tombs or anything.
