A few months back. Therapist told me I shouldn’t track calories because It isn’t “self love” I thought lol but might as well try it. Well now I’m 25lbs heavier and it’s my fault for listening to that dumb shit. New therapist, back to calorie tracking. Stopped being a fatso.

Letting shit slide is still a pattern I am trying to break. I need to address immediately and without sugar coating. I have a tendency to wait too long and then over correct.
