Agreed, soft next and wait it out. The most you do, nothing more than this, is wait a week to hit her up again. Best strategy is to let her come to you though. Could be a week, could be two, could be never unfortunately

You hit the nail on the head for me. Out of all my plates shes the least responsive and initiates the least. Fairly sure if I didnt keep setting up dates/hangouts itd just fall off. Logically its not an issue since she never flakes and is great in person.

There are 18 year old kids squatting 600+ pounds currently and pulling upwards of 700.... none of this is unrealistic

I mean I wouldn't say I'm a genetic freak by any means. My numbers are good but no where near impressive. I've squatted 705 in wraps, benched 440, and pulled 727 sumo with straps. At around 250 bw and 15ish bf last year with calipers, obviously on drugs and lifting for 6 years. I'm not downplaying OP's numbers by any means, just stating that a lot of people's potentials are a lot higher than they expect

I mean it was 6 years ago but I had abs as a senior in high school through Wrestling. Also I was 6 feet tall. Greg Nuckols is a great example of a dude who walked into the gym and deadlifted 405 his first time ever lifting. If you're totally untrained then yeah that's impressive but not totally unreasonable

Not to burst your bubble but I went from never squatting before to squatting 495 in about 8 months. This was at 18 years old and 210 lbs. Roughly 15 percent bf. I pulled 565 too at that age. I had played sports for all my childhood though and had a great base. Your numbers are great but totally within the realm of possibility without drugs within a year

Steroids arent really that unhealthy. Its mostly media propaganda that loves to talk about how dangerous steroids are.

Honestly most of the predominate steroids users aren't really in it for the body image. They want to be the biggest and the strongest, beginning and end of list. Well at least for the top end powerlifters and bodybuilders. Who cares if I want to take steroids after I've reached my genetic limit or even before? The minority of those who take steroids are doing it for the body image and insecurity. The rest are in it for the joy of lifting and the sport of it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
