1	Ex Started a Lesbian Relationship Uhm. Are you trying to say you got a divorce and moved out but were still married?? If you understood that you were actually divorced why the joint account and buying things for the house in her name? I guess if you thought that the divorce was just for... fraud I guess... then yeah. You got played while trying to game the system (I agree the healthcare situation is garbage). 3	Moved overseas for her, now she wants a divorce Damn man, what a mess. I agree it sounds like she’s cheating, but who knows 🤷‍♂️. Is moving back to the US and getting her to agree to full custody an option? In her mind she could probably live out what ever little fantasy she’s got, and you get the kids and possibly CS?
