Why would you take a date to a bar if you don't drink? Edit: Sorry, I didn't realize you never said you were at a bar. But either way she basically gave you a shit test and you gave in. Instead of saying you don't drink you could say that you are allergic to alcohol in the future. For this situation you could've just offered to buy her another drink and tell her that the drink she bought you wasn't too your taste. It's really simple.
