Procrastinate on your suicide. If you say you have nothing to lose, you will suffer either way. So suffer in a meaningful way. You are both the sculptor and the marble. Take a deep breath, you're not dead until you're truly dead. Don't go down like this, have some pride. You got this.

What you described here reminds me of the "Impostor syndrome".

You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength. Marcus Aurelius You can't make people like you. Stop trying to control things outside of your control and focus on things you CAN control. I know it's hard, I've been there. But once you make the decision (cut her off completely, block on social media), you'll get over it in a few months and laugh about it.

This is obviously inspired from No More Mr. Nice Guy where Glover writes about masturbation, sex and intimacy.

Looks, general health: I recommend the Keto diet and some intermittent fasting. Zinc, magnesium and Vitamin D3 are the game-changer supplements. I use my computer a lot and plus the climate here is mostly dark so I have to get Vitamin D via pills. Zinc is good for skin, hair and Testosterone. Magnesium helps to improve sleep quality. On top of that I'd remove blue light (that means don't use the PC, or phone or anything that has a screen prior 2 hours to sleep). Also don't forget to hit the gym,…

I'm more comfortable being in my own skin. Though I must say, you will never fully get rid off your nice guy tendencies and try doing the breaking free activities. It's not enough to 'just read it'. That goes with almost every self-improvement book, take notes, practice. There's also a guided meditation on 'No More Mr. Nice Guy' somewhere on YouTube. The next good book is 'How to win friends and influence people', not recommended for using on game, but for building friendships it is OP. But, f…

Zooming is seeing yourself from above (bird's view), you start with your room then go up, see yourself and other people in your country, then earth, then moon, then the planets and so on. It's just a way of putting your problems into a perspective.

Practising Stoicism. Voluntary discomfort, negative visualization, zooming etc. Meditation also is a big yes, it helps to improve your frame and mindset. Your mindset is a part of your frame.

I'm 18. Swallowing the Pill has made me more confident, more aware of my surroundings, lowest body fat in 10 years (though still have a long way to go). But... I feel some sort of a resentment towards the system. That men are just a disposable utility, cogs in the machine. Not to mention that men work longer than women and retire later, but male life expectancy is lower than female life expectancy. At times it made me even question my entire existence. We study half of our lives, then work the n…

It's not a bad thing to address your vulnerabilities. Once you know your vulnerabilities, you technically become invulnerable. If someone tries to expose a vulnerability in you, with the power of awareness, feeling of embarrasment will be gone and therefore you will able to hold frame.

Seems like lower SMV guys have scarcity mentality and put more value to any kind of friendship and attention. (He's such a good friend to me, I wouldn't wanna be alone.) Meanwhile, high SMV guys mostly have an abundance of people in their lives, so they take it for granted.

Go monk mode. Hit the gym. Read 'No More Mr. Nice Guy' and the sidebar. The other alternative? Continue bitching, get stuck in apathetic inaction and you'll see how life passes you by. But now that you're aware, just take the first step. Don't think about it. Just do it.

Accepting things as they are help you make peace with death. To not resist anything and go with the flow. I'm not saying you should accept being a 'loser'. There's a difference between passive acceptance and active acceptance. True outcome independence as you put it. Lots of us like to enlarge the meaning of our existence, the truth is we don't actually matter that much. If you died tomorrow, the world would carry on as usual, apart from your family grieving for months, years or decades. But, ev…

I'd disagree if we're talking about Dr. Robert Glover's definition of "Nice Guys" - passive-aggressive, manipulative, no boundaries (spineless & lets people, especially girls walk over him), hard to say 'no', monogamous relationship with their mothers and almost all of them had negative views about their fathers. I know what's it like to be a "Nice Guy". I reexamined my relationship with my father and I don't blame him anymore for resolving to various coping methods, such as alcohol. He's a blue…

I'll be honest, it does get lonely. But, what's stopping you from calling your bros and hit a bowling club or a bar to drink and play pool together? After all, we've only given up on the world, not being human.

Do not ever confuse MGTOWs with Incels, we don't hate women while we most definitely dislike their nature. While there are pump & dump MGTOWs and you might find MGTOWs who even date(?), since the main point is not to marry. Why would you waste your time, resources on keeping someone else happy to inevitably destroy that happiness in the end? So, I say, it's better to cultivate happiness from within and FORGET the false fact that you need someone else to be happy, be SOMEONE that makes you happy.…

What's the deal with women winning over the custody of children anyways? No matter how obviously abusive the mother is, she has a bigger chance at 'stealing' them away. I know such thing as 'abusive' fathers exist too, but I believe that it's actually much less common than the gynocentric media shows us. Hence why such concepts like 'polyamory' 'hypergamy' exist and you never see the women being at fault: "Cute, but psycho"; "If you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best" w…

Funny you say that. In the book 'No More Mr. Nice Guy' it is stated that 'Nice Guys' repress their anger inside and in turn it makes them passive-aggressive. Males need to be aggressive, it's in our nature. Single moms can't teach you manhood. But, there also has to be a balance. Assertive is the right word. Of course, to feminists that is "toxic masculinity", because assertive males are the only ones who have courage to walk away from unpleasant situations and emotionally unstable girlfriends. …
