1	Apparently mainstream media is sympathetic if you are a woman ISIS isn't a foreign state. We never recognized them, nobody recognized them. Not even the most generous reading of international law would ever qualify ISIS as a legitimate state. They are a terrorist group that successfully captured territory, they are not a state nor have they ever been.
