9	Cracked.com is just.... I just don't know where to start. This is awful. Cracked is a humour site that gets hits by being wacky, crude, and playing on emotions. It's not a serious discussion and the kind of people who take it seriously are not people who could be rationally discussed with. 1	Obamacare Makes Men Pay for Maternity Care. Good! There is more proof that men drive more and that they get into more accidents in total (although the "per hour driven" question is up in the air). Insurance companies would charge less if you prove you're a safer driver but without that starting knowledge, the rates are higher for men. Is it FAIR? No, it is not. If this were a place where the kitchen staff got a cut of the tips, then I'd feel (less) bad because it wasn't a pay cut as well as a new job. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure the numbers don't lie that women are seen as more valuable. This isn't the kind of job (it's a bartender job in a casino, right?) that I feel necessarily needs equality, just like I wouldn't necessarily want a weak person applying to be a labourer. My guess is you watched it once under the assumption that the title and description (words of the cameraman) were 100% true. HELLO! That's EXACTLY what people 'typically' do for an accusing woman. Sad Reddit makes me sad. :( As for your points, she claimed he "was going to" rape her from what I can make out, implying that the men arrived before anything happened. Again, I personally doubt that it what happened - but we must consider it a possibility. But we can't judge definitively what happened based on the reactions of the other men either. Sounds like two other residents who heard what was going on if you listen, and they arrived after the incident in question. Agreed, her clothes looked oddly untouched. She WAS attacking him, meaning her emotions were high for the entire duration. Sadness isn't the only emotion one can display. Perhaps she "WAS" prior to the filming. Because it appears that the filming began about halfway through this incident, if the words of the two men can be believed (as the Cameraman seems to).
