The only reason you're mad about someone else getting resources is because you are a dependent. Get control of your own life and then you can spend time with or cut out anyone you want in your life. You say it isn't realistic, but it's the only solution.

Jesus man, I could only get through a few paragraphs of that article. It really couldn't be more obvious how angry the author is just because she can't get to the pharmacist's healthy salary or awesome experiences. I agree with your basic premise, I really do. The rate at which people (Bezos, Facebook, etc) are working towards A.I. and automation is astounding and will be the next hurdle we face as a species.
