I cant fathom how people would not be able to logically see that yoga doesnt burn weight, you get flexible, and sure you do burn a few calories on maintained stretching, but really?

Went from 74kg to 82kg now with about half a year of lifting, im 199cm in barefoot, and the difference with women is day and night, lifting and eating more has definately been the most helpful aspect of becoming the man you want to be.

Shitty teachers do exist, however they are not the majority and i agree with alot said here. However, i once had a teacher from russia who could barely speak our native language, and when she did it was with the most heaviest russian accent i have ever heard. Everything she said was litteraly incomprehensible. I wanted to learn math, not russian. She was even fired from an older school, because she couldn't teach properly with her pseudo russian/danish constructed language.

My mom has bipolar disorder and this hit spot on. Although she had her manic episodes and did crazy shit, my dad still stayed with her, and today shes doing fine.. The doctors found the right kind of meds to settle her. Personally i wouldn't date someone with any kind of disorder.. Think about womens normal shittests, and then think of bipolar as a bossfight.

I think where this male bonding is most prevalent and understandable to new trp'ers, would be to set an example if you grew up with a brother.. I always made sure to fuck around with my littlebrother and he did the same..
