1	How to get my six pack noticeable and defined? Like people have already mentioned, make sure you are 10-12% bodyfat. When I was in the Marines I would only do hanging legraises on a pullup bar and I had veins popping out on my lower abdomins. They work wonders, and some people swear by them. 20	What is the best self defence art I can teach to myself [M16]? Get some money and find a place that offers Muay Thai and BJJ. Make sure the instructor is at least a brown belt in BJJ. I've walked into gyms where they had a fucking blue belt teach the class, and he rolled like a white belt. If you really wanna see how effective home training is then watch your local MMA fights.
