Improving your posture is good, but go beyond that: pay attention to your body language. There are several good books on body language, so take your pick. Voice: Record your voice. Listen to it. Do you speak to quickly (nervous) or too slowly (connotes either slow-thinking or you're in your head too much). 3	When is giving considered being a "Nice Guy"? I have a phrase that sums this up: There's a difference between "nice guys" and "good guys." Cognitive explains this in detail, but use this shortcut. Are you doing something expecting something in return? Or do you do it 'cos it's the right thing to do, or you enjoy it?
