Better to use the socratic method and have them destroy their own argument while you ask questions, while reminding them of non-emotional facts than challenge directly. 6	Stats Women have hidden expectations they grow angry and view you as undesirable subconsciously when you don't meet those expectations. Men do too. Communication and alpha leadership and dominant review of those missing expectations can really help.
