The whole "king" thing is lame, I cringe when I see this word on Youtube thumbnails. It's like the word "champ" of a decade ago.

We need to be better than other groups banning/expelling people just because they have a different point of view. I also don't like their opinions necessarily, but it is their right to have them. And to air them. Just like you have yours. And it is only through discussion that some people may see someone's else point of view and maybe change theirs.

We're human beings and not always logical to begin with, that's why discussion (and debate) is needed to get to the bottom of things.

Because society thinks that (white) men are at the top of the pyramid/society, thus everyone can punch up. Like we're punching up towards rich people and politicians.

Guys don't complain about it because they understand how the world works. Most men know that life isn't fair, and that they're not owed fairness.

It's matriarchy: women birth men, and have the power to terminate them before birth, and that without their partner's consent. That's power that money can't buy.

They love to use the big P as a scapegoat for society's problems. If they didn't have that, they'd blame something else. People love being the victims. And they further try to justify it by saying that it hurts men too - huh?

between emphatetic, lovable but clumsy and funny male, and his alpha male counterpart from other universe I saw the film too. And I'd say competent would be a better word than alpha. There are too many men patrolling youtube talking about all this alpha, beta and sigma nonsense.

Your parents discriminating your partner is okay if the partner is man That is a terrible conclusion to draw from the text. That title sounds like a feminist who sees a problem and unfairness in everything. There is no issue here: he still gets to rent for cheap, so financially he is still in a better position, had they lived together somewhere else. He is complaining about her father giving her pocket money every month and wants to have half of it. That guy should man up. Or grow up.

Dude, don't waste your mental energy on these people. Leave them alone, they love being a victim. But, to answer the first picture: no, they won't - they'll probably be depressed because they can't blame someone else for their problems.

Phimosis is an issue, and can be fixed by either circumcision or stretching. Also, it is unhygenic not being able to pull back the foreskin completely as dirt accumultes under the foreskin.
/r/MensRights21/08/22 12:50 PM

It is an issue - the foreskin should be able to pull back, otherwise it becomes a case of phimosis, which can cause issues when having intercourse. And actually, there are many cases where phimosis develops later due to not being able to pull back the foreskin early on.

Channels like Andrew Tate, Fresh&Fit, Kevin Samuels, The Rational Male. There are a lot of them. And unfortunately, young men get sucked into these kind of channels, because they think this is what reality is.

It is the online man-cult which is very visible especially on Youtube. Keywords usually used: "body count", "alpha", "settle", "high value man".

What are you complaining about? Online you find men advocating cheating - Andrew Tate, Kevin Samuels, those assholes of Fit and Fresh. Is there an outcry? Not really. Many people of both sexes find cheating unacceptable.

No accountability and also lack of morals. It is selfish to get involved with someone if you know they're married. And it is selfish if you're married and get involved with someone else.

Once again, I am not denying the impact of socialization. I do think however, that too much emphasis is being put on that in order to deny that biology plays a role. Even the aspect of giving a certain type of toy to children is already creating bias. Yes, I agree that there is bias, and it becomes smaller the bigger variety of toys you give children. My point was that it is observable that by exposing children to different toys, they start to have preferences, and one can see this from a very y…

Neurosexism is about bias and harmful stereotypes. It is not denying the differences between males and females. Men and women having different interests from a young age, on average, isn't harmful. I've have a lot of friends in the Scandinavian countries (Sweden and Norway), I travel there often, and I see this in their families with kids as young as 3 years of age - the girls and boys (brothers and sisters) have the same mix of toys - dolls, teddy bears, cars, lego, whatever. And on average, th…

I think the movement itself is honest and genuine. Unfortunately, it attracts a lot of losers and angry men. It gets toxic quite fast - read the comment section on YT MGTOW videos. It's as if these men and feminists deserve each other - they are equally miserable.
/r/MensRights26/06/22 04:28 PM

I don't agree that socialization has more impact than biology. Even in babies one can see, on average, differences in interest between males and females. In the West, money is the only thing preventing people from pursuing opportunities, especially studying - and this affects people regardless of race or gender. Of course, there are social hurdles for everyone, but that doesn't prevent someone from overcoming those or letting it get in their way of reaching their goals.
/r/MensRights26/06/22 04:20 PM
2

Because men and women are biologically different, and it is because of these differences that men and women, on average, behave different and make different life choices. And in the West, they are mostly free to make those choices. Is there any other factor preventing anybody (in the West) from pursuing opportunities except money?

It is possible to design sports where women have an advantage over men. But then, it should be designed. What did you have in mind? I am certain that (the) men won't stand in anyone's way. and some sports men and women compete together Yes, there are, but these teams are balanced: it is mostly, if not always, men+women vs men+women. Men vs women would be fun to watch, though ;)

What disadvantage does a person with a darker skin colour have, just because they have darker skin? Do white, asian or hispanic people not have any disadvantage? Do we not have any people with "darker" skin be successful in life?

No, I don't think so. There are not many people that have the vision, focus, let alone drive, that many of these billionaires have (including Bezos, Gates). There are very few people that would be able to, and have the guts, to take on the whole car industry. That fight isn't only with legacy car makers, but also oil companies. He is a controversial figure, it is OK that people not like him, but I do think he and his teams deserve credit for revolutionising industries.

How is it possible that someone can tell their story, fabricated or true, especially when someone else is involved, and run to a newspaper and publish a story without the other person's consent? It's like: the accuser must not be mentioned by name, but the accused must be. Either both or none. Also, had he not been rich and/or public figure, this would NEVER reach the newspapers. It would just be another "normal" guy being sued.

I do care about this: my issue is that someone can run to a newspaper, tell a story involving someone else, publish it, whether it's true or not. And I think this is not OK. I would be furious if someone did that to me.

You sound bitter. Society needs men, and we must pull our weight! Helping out strangers on the road? Wait, I seem to remember reading men getting arrested AFTER HELPING. So doubly no. This happens for every case? To me it seems it is the minority of minority of cases. Should we now tell all people in need to go away because of something like this? From myself (also a guy), I dare you to be better.

That is unfortunate. What most people fail to see, is that even though it is mostly men committing the violent crimes, the men being victims of these crimes are just as innocent as the women and children.

Dude, you sound like a victim. You sound like those women complaining about men and how unfair society is. Just go and read /r/Askwomen, and see how you feel afterwards. It seems like people on reddit...are quite toxic. And what you mentioned, all of these things are true. And I support that we advocate for men's rights - but please we should not lose sight of the issues that women face, because they exist, and they different. I first ask them to define it. Then they shut up when I mention the negative extremes men face - higher suicide rates, prison, end up in gangs, drugs, homelessness, work accidents, addicted to video games and porn, shooting up schools, being murdered, dropping out of school, no shelters for men. These things are at higher rates than that of women. Yes my friends, we definitely live in a patriarchy. To add to that: went to see a film, and during the trailers there even was an ad about women's iss…

Europe's most powerful person for 16 years was a woman. The head of the European Central Bank (ECB) is a woman. Head of the European Commission is a woman. The city where I live, there are currently 5-6 women shelters. And one for men, which closed down in 2012. Men dominate prisons, commit most crimes, do drugs, suicide, homeless, college dropouts, shoot up schools, etc. Women issues get so much attention in media, online, women are celebrated (BBC top 100 Women of the year). There would be a s…
