11	Stop Using Reddit Everything in moderation is an empty platitude to me. Many things are better not taken, or at worst taken only a handful of times to expand your worldview. Something you’re doing every week however compounds massively over the course of your life, hopefully in a positive way, but for most things in this world the tendency is to compound in the opposite direction.
