2	Male Developers VS Female Developers In my personal experience I've worked with good and bad female developers in my 20+ year career. Most of the females dedicated to being good programmers are willing to learn and not accuse someone of mansplaining. Honestly, most of bad programmers I've seen typically come from poorer nations.
