Agreed. Same girls have told me of another thing. A supposedly easier career plan would be the high rise construction/maintenance part that requires works to hang very high up. Obviously, being climbers. They'd love that as a career. But the stigma is so fucking high, that they might as well be prohibited. And as far as I know it's one of those areas where you only become qualified after getting your first job. So it's either having mad connections, or finding another job.

Ironically A LOT o people would argue that saying "blacks" or "the blacks" is racist. I tend to argue but that's because in my mother tongue the most direct translation totally would be racist. Fun fact, in Brazil the most common and practically the only law used for domestic violence is female only. Even the name is female centric. I remember reading that even at that time (2006) several judges pointed out the fact that it was a blatantly sexist law. Which is...
