Try bbg by kayla itsines. There is an app and some pdf. Check her instagram, she posts some before and after pictures of people that complete her program and it's amazing. I've had great results with the program!

Order a gin & tonic as your first drink. Then follow with sparkling water with a lime, so people believe you are still drinking the same. This way coworkers won't pressure you onto drinking and you can have a good time with no regrets!! I know how social pressure can make you do things you don't want to do (like drinking)

First you have to deal with yourself. Get to therapy with a psychologist to help you deal with the anxiety and your feeling of unworthyness. Quit texting him, from my perspective it's not worth it. He doesn't seem interested or invested in your relationship. Once you deal with your self esteem and your anxiety find a man that is willing to invest in you.

This is so weird!! I was actually thinking of asking him to go to black panther with me because we both like superheroes. I think it's a sign lol I'm 27, he is 29. I think it is pretty weird. I had a LTR with a guy that was really close to his high school friends, and suee we did a lot of things with them but we also spend plenty time alone. To me it sounds like an inmature man with no will to invest in the relationship

Well, in my opinion, the moment you get engaged you start planning the ceremony. Why do you want to have a ring for 10 years? I'm also a doctor so I understand his point, he wants to be a provider and to finish school before getting married, nothing wrong with that. I would say that if you are happy with your relationship, then let it be. You both are young, you need to live and learn, and go through medschool, that compares to hell LOL 1
