If I made it sound like my issue was with the intent of the law, I apologize, that was not my point. My intent was to point out that the law itself is flawed. Regardless of the exact circumstance in which the problem arises, if it can arise, the provision has flaws and those flaws need to be considered. We have a ton of laws that have vague wording in them, which allows the judge and jury to take into consideration the context of the scanario and the intent of the criminal.
