The major issue is about a year ago we filed for Bankruptcy. Have about $100k in debt. It was thrown out of the courts but I still have all that debt. Not sure how to get a good attorney with zero savings. ☹️

It would be about 16 months. I was thinking I might try and pay her more from the sale of the house (that I bought) and get rid of the alimony payments.

I have done the calculations and I would be lucky if I could afford a one bedroom rental in someone’s house. The system is messed up.

I have another year to pay her alimony then I only have to pay child support. I got married about 18 months after my first divorce was finalized.

Not the smartest thing in the world but I got married about 18 months after my divorce was finalized…roughly 4 years ago. We do not have kids together. I have two from my previous marriage and she also has two from previous relationships…which mind you neither one of her baby daddies pay child support so I am also floating the bill for them also.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
