2	Its only a prank ! - No bullshit response That -to me- is not 'letting someone off'. Is an employee just expected to take that shit? Not in my book. I used to employ 20 people. If a customer shot a water gun at one of my people, I'd encourage them to get back at a "prankster" like that. However, because of its (relative/perceived) anonymity, people do feel they can post honestly and freely. I suspect a surprising amount of submissions like OP's here are in fact real.
