I've been celebate for all my life, due to my beliefs and my current situation (I am a 17 year old homeschooler). I've been 100 percent masturbation free for the past 6 months despite that. The only downsides I've experienced are occasional bouts of depression and nothing to do about being horny. The benefits are increased energy and drive to get shit done, which I personally believe far outweigh the short term discomfort of not fucking myself. Edit: I had to edit a lot.

I definitely agree with your points about it being a tool. It shouldn't be used too much. But I personally think it's good practice for people not used to eye contact to randomly stare down people. I do it as an exercise to build my frame. And it works beautifully on girls when they shit test me
