I'm reading "Boundaries in Marriage" recommended by my therapist. It's more about self-evolution in marriage in the framework of recognizing and enforcing your own boundaries as well as respecting his. Given that we can't make another person change, but we can change what we do and thus they evolve in response.

Mid 30s now and social media is problematic but we are far from family so it feels like a necessary trap. How did you get out?

Thank you for such clear notes. I've been more in line with this author's message lately but like the reminders and the space to improve.

Are you familiar with Theology of the Body? Christopher West has an hour overview on YouTube and it's pretty engaging and easy to get through. That video, and subsequent retreat, opened up some very based-in-nature yet theological ideas for me that I had never considered that helped my role in my marriage considerably. I'm a pretty rational person but this piqued my spiritual interest in a new way. In essence it looks at Pope John Paul's thesis of how our marital relationship is the closest and …

Former Community College Advisor here- I would want to know about your financial situation and make some decisions based on that. Once you are married, some things change on your FAFSA and impact Pell Grant. Would you feel comfortable booking appointments with your academic advisor and also a financial aid advisor at your school to get clarity on what these changes could mean? I find that when I know all of the nuts and bolts of a situation, decision making become more clear than just taken on a…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
