1	My story of how extreme ownership helped me massively grow as a man. i also suffer from generalized anxiety, and have been seeing a psychiatrist and a psychologist, the problem is they are rubbish. I've been prescribed some SSRI, which have given me insomnia, the psychologist is really unprofessional as far as I'm concerned. So they haven't been too helpful. 1	Not everyone wants you to improve. Now sorry, but that's bullshit. First, the verb "want" implies conscious decision, which is obviously not the case here. Women are simply executing an adaption, namely, applying a set of heuristics to find the best mate they can. This of course doesn't stop once they're married.
