My view on this is that rather than focusing 100% on the AF/BB dichotomy, consider LTR game where you need alpha and beta qualities together. Lift as much as you can, try to progress in your career, but also learn how to be handy around the house and learn to cook (note: this will also help with your physique). Except in real poker, bluffing a lot is pretty easy way to lose a lot of money quite quickly, especially if you're a beginner. The first advice of any beginner poker book (after explaining the rules and the hand rankings) will be to fold most of the time. That's why the comment above about the game being rigged and there being little consequence for losing is important.

I'm speaking as a guy with 3ish years of judo and jiu jitsu going two to three times per week. I've never gone against a wrestler of your caliber, but I have gone against guys who wrestled all 4 years of high school and won or held my own since the ruleset is different enough (chokes, armbars, working off the back, gripping the uniform, etc). Wrestlers who stick with it progress incredibly fast though.

I agree that striking is easier to learn, but it's probably less beneficial for the small man. The benefit of jiu jitsu/wrestling/judo is that a smaller person can beat a much bigger person if they know what they are doing. A good technical boxer at 5'3" is at a big reach and strength disadvantage to a brutish six footer. If you enjoyed wrestling, take a look at BJJ. It is a hell of a lot of fun, and you'll crush the beginner classes for a long while and progress insanely quickly.

The blue probably. The purple, under BJJ rules, I doubt it. But even granting that you would beat them, I don't entirely see your point. If you want to be world class, sure you need to start as a kid. That goes for anything you do. If you want to be able to clown Joe average on the street and improve your confidence? A few times per week at a reputable judo or bjj academy is more than enough.

Don't lie about shit when you sell her on the pre-nup. The easiest way for a pre-nup to get thrown out is for the man to make misrepresentations to the woman when the pre-nup was getting signed. Just say you won't get married without one. Talk to your lawyer about the best way to "sell" the prenup.

Don't do this. If you lie to the courts and to your estranged wife about your assets and income (essentially what indymale is advocating) and you get caught you will get raped even worse than a regular divorce.
