Reason is an incredibly solid journalism source, but they only cover certain issues. I like CNN because it gives up to date news about everything. You sound like you're smart enough to filter out the bullshit.

Then go see a doctor. This sounds like a physiological problem.

What you do is build good habits and get on medication. I spent the better part of my youth depressed and while good habits helped, they never fixed my depression enough for me to be happy, so I ended up going to a therapist and getting on zoloft which helped immensely. I still struggle sometimes, as all people do, but I'm doing a ton better than before.

I think that's a very school dependent thing. Back at my college, as long as you were in the top 8 or so relevant fraternities (out of ~20), you were much better off joining the house that had your ideal type of environment instead of trying to join the top house just for the sake of it. I joined an upper mid house that I loved, while my closest friend joined the top house for the sake of rep, which he regretted. Also at my school, the higher the tier of the house, generally the less they had th…

I'd say keep the masturbation to once a week, take the supplement maca, and check to see if any of the medications you take (if you take any) interact with libido. If this doesn't work, don't worry too much. Sex is only a small part of life and if you don't enjoy it or feel compelled by it, then go exert your energy doing things that you do love.

If you like the brothers, will be able to handle pledgeship, and feel like the environment of the house will be a positive influence on your life whether that is academically, socially, or network wise, then the answer is a definitive yes. Don't worry too much about house rank. I went to a university where greek life ran everything, and I can still say that house rank is mostly bullshit. My best friend in college was in the top house and considered joining that house to be his worst mistake in c…

I totally understand your concern around the idea of having to game your wife forever. That sounds tiring and awful, but only because you are still in the early stages of taking the red pill. There is a point where game is no longer an active task, but part of your inner nature. Remember the four stages of competence: the highest degree of competence entails unconscious action. While the short answer is yes, you will have to game your wife forever, you shouldn't worry too much about this because…

Fantastic advice, joining a fraternity was one of my best choices in college. It definitely depends on where you go to school, but I'd say if you are at a large state school or esteemed private school, don't worry too much about being in a top 3 frat. That mindset can end up with you either getting no bids or joining a house you don't actually like. Just join the house that you like the most during rush and get a bid from.

The key to building a solid squad of guys in college is to just introduce yourself and after speaking with them a few times, invite them over to kick it at your dorm. Have some beers and play fifa or engage in any other activity that lets you two casually talk. Then after you have a few of these kinds of guys who you vibe with, invite them all over to have a little kickback and play some drinking games and listen to music. Usually they'll reciprocate and invite you over to some of their engageme…

In many ways you are right. TRP teaches a lot of manipulative tricks, and some of the things that I see being glorified in FR's are downright cruel. However, TRP is here to teach what works for men both in relationships and in life. It is your duty to take the tactics and implement them in an ethical way. The more you read about and use TRP, the more you will realize that the most effective, happy, and beloved alphas maintain high moral codes. Take the knowledge that TRP offers and implement it …

Joining a fraternity was one of the single best choices I've made in my life thus far. It enhanced my social skills and gave me great male role models to look up to.

Absolutely true, this is why joining a fraternity was one of the best choices I ever made. The level of camaraderie is unparalleled because of the hazing process and the male only environment. However, to get a bid to join an good fraternity, you must first have value as a man and be able to bring something to the table.

That kind of stuff isn't that common anymore, only happened on a large scale in the 80's. Physical and mental hazing is a very valuable experience and doesn't have to involve gay shit. Fraternities that don't haze, at least at my school, are loaded with pussies. Additionally, fraternity life is one of the last refuges of masculinity on college campuses (excluding athletics), making it super valuable.

A cow being pumped with antibiotics will have no net negative effects on your health if consumed. There is very limited real scientific evidence in support of the organic movement.

You cannot be serious. This is the most outlandish and stupid tinfoil hat bullshit that I have heard of this week. Having been active in the both the nofap and redpill community for about two years, I can assure you that this is false. Why does temporarily less healthy sperm even matter outside of the context of marriage, do you really want to get a girl pregnant every time you bang her? If you are in marriage, you should be getting laid more than once every three days, and as a result the tempo…

Hey buddy, I know that feeling. I'm 17, and I had 13 rejections before getting my first kiss. Then, I had one more rejection before finding a beautiful, intelligent girlfriend, whom I dated for a year and a half. Failing a bunch does not mean you are done for. Success really is on the horizon. Even more recently, after I broke up with my girlfriend, I messed up twice more before finding a fwb last week. Did getting rejected hurt? Hell yeah! Did it bother me? Hell yeah! But did I keep on moving? …

Where can I learn about improving my fashion? I've got a great tan, good facial aesthetics, an awesome physique, but I can't seem to come through with my fashion choices. Does MFA give good advice, or would they make me look too metro?

With the amount of brainpower on Wall Street, I highly doubt there are successful speculative methods not already invalidated by mass use of the method. That being said, it isn't bad advice to tell him to look into day trading as long as he is sure to test it with paper trading first. I'm never against someone attempting to learn a skill at no risk. As far as starting his own business, we are talking about two different things. I am recommending lean startups that can be started with minimal to …

Day trading is a bad call. It is massively speculative, and unlikely that a kid will be able to succeed against computer algorithms written by full time mathematicians. Some simple entrepreneurship will put you in a much better position. Mowing lawns, creating your own website/youtube videos with ads, or creating a product for sale, all of these ideas are better and more productive than day trading.

If you are looking for strength gains, reps should be around 4-6. 8-10 reps maximizes sarcoplasmic hypertrophy (big muscles), while <6 reps stimulates myofibriallar hypertrophy (strong muscles).

Nah, I doubt she slept with him. I'd give it 25-75 did vs didnt, which is of course too high, but I think too many red pillers jump the gun on assumptions of cheating.

In TRP there are two major types of guys. Those who want to get laid, and think that marriage limits their options. These guys love sluts because it is easy sex for them. On the other hand, there are guys who want to settle down into a monogamous long-term relationship. These guys hate sluts, because sluts make for terrible long term partners. They cheat, sap resources, and are annoyingly "empowered." Thus sluts are praised by TRP for enabling easy sex, and they are demonized for being total lif…
