Idk man it's insane. I would go months without leaving the house. It was pretty bad, but now that I'm all good the entire concept of depression feels so foreign to me. Its hard to empathize. I originally got a gym membership and that was the best decision I ever made. At first I went at 3-5 AM so I could avoid people but I slowly got comfortable and started going and made some friends there and reacquainted with a good friend and it all was history from there.
