Or they are like 18. Guys between 18 and like 25 can put on an epic amount of muscle in their first year of doing things right.

Know your calorie targets. Know your macro breakdowns. Don't worry about shit like sources or meal timing until you are perfect on hitting your targets. If you hit calorie and macro targets you will be pretty much eating clean anyways. If you want don't want to gain why still shredded, gains take a lot longer. Instead of eating 500 over maintenance shoot for only 150 -200 and pay fucking close attention to how you feel. When you're only a couple hundred over what you THINK is maintenance it is e…

It would be more pronounced if your diet was on point. Discipline before cardio. You want endurance do cardio, you want athletics do diet. If your diet is already perfect then okay, worry about cardio.

You could improve this with an example of bait you have used in the past.

Fuck that anyone who views the world as it is should be here. But let's keep the hat tipping to a minimum.

By the end of the session did you feel comfortable with it and still decided not to? How much anxiety were you still feeling by the end? Most people who I've taught to shoot take at least a couple of sessions before it goes away, and you should still feel some anxiety when you fire a new gun the first time.

A lot of parenting is like loading the squat bar for someone else; too heavy and you break them, too light and they never grow. Most people I interact with have never had to lift anything heavy in their lives...

You're gonna get down votes like crazy, which is sad cause google will confirm your assertion with a bunch of papers.

Remember that you can't NOT focus on her you can only focus on something else. Be deliberate with your attention because for the first little bit your mind will want to revist this shitty situation. It is up to you to make it visit something interesting.

How do you sleep? Also are you hitting your protein target every single day?
/r/TheRedPill11/06/15 01:35 AM

This is anecdotal but I find that if I workout for more than an hour consistently I have always ended up overtraining. Maybe if you are younger eat better or sleep more it will work but for me I keep it to an hour. I have never lost mass but I have for sure stalled and got through it by reducing volume.
/r/TheRedPill11/06/15 01:34 AM

Given that why would you be more surprised about this compared to any other reason to fight. I'm like you I think if you've gotten to the point of fighting you've already lost, but I'd say that of all the reasons to hit a guy him sleeping with your girl is better than most.

How much did Ali weigh in his prime? I think he was just shy of 240, Tyson too. I suspect mayweather has a lot of little man issues.

For sure it was a money grab. No arguments from me there. I don't think this fight did boxing as a whole any favors. If anything, it helped MMA.

I think mayweather is worthy of criticism but I thought that in that video the reporter came across as a huge bitch. I'm already on her side and I thought she weakened her position with how aggressive she was. Edit: to be clear by being in her side I mean I don't need to be convinced that he hit the mother of his children. It is not exactly news.

I don't watch him fight because I need to find an example of morale virtue. The guy is a dick in almost every way a man can be. I watch him fight because he is a master at minimizing the damage he takes while maximizing the damage he deals. The dude plays real life Dark Souls. After watching the internet yesterday it is clear that no one gives a shit about boxing.

Stay hungry buddy. I know what you mean. For me I had to consistently hit 3000 a day. And I didn't realize how often I didn't hit it until I started counting calories. I would feel full throughout the day and only be getting 2000 total. So I would bust my ass at the gym, not get any bigger and feel like shit because I wasn't eating enough to support the work I was doing. And yeah, I am thankful for peanut butter.

It sounds like you have not actually read the program. It also sounds like you don't know what the fuck you are talking about. Edit. I am going to not be a dick in case someone else ever reads this. In starting strength and most newb compound programs you start with an empty bar and progressively overload with no more than 5lbs per session. If you try to go faster than this you will almost always sacrifice form at higher weights. Also if you think that 315 is easy to squat after only three month…
/r/TheRedPill27/04/15 07:04 AM
2

315 after 3 months of starting strength means your reading comprehension is shit or you didn't really 'start' with it in the first place. You should not progress from an empty bar to 315 in three months. Also you seem like a huge dick from the way you write.

Naw I think your post is good. It is just the fifty shades of erotica that is wierd. If one of my guys friends started talking about wet lips I'd be like, 'dude what the actual fuck kind of relationship do you think we have.'

At 160 and 6'2 your gonna also need to eat like a motherfucker. At least that was my problem. I'm 6'3 and now 215. Breaking 200 was one of the biggest mission accomplished moments of my gym life.

I walked up to her husband and introduced myself, looked him in the eye and apologized What was your anxiety level like when walking up to him? And did you just say 'Hi I'm 0xdada. I'm the guy who banged your wife.' Cause, I'm not really sure how he wouldn't take a swing at you.
/r/TheRedPill24/04/15 04:25 AM
14

Your actions absolutely are hurting that guy. The difference between you and the wife is that she promised not to hurt him and you never have. But don't pretend like you are absolved of inflicting pain, because you are. Don't read this too dramatically, we are competing with other people everyday in a multitude of ways. Don't think that just because you didn't make a vow, that you are no longer an actor in this system of cheating - that is flawed thinking.

I think that it is a sound argument. And I don't think that anyone who takes that stance is wrong. It does imply that you don't give a shit about the other guy. I think some people give more than just basic respect to strangers, and they are more likely to pass. I'm like you I go both ways on this one.

Fucking another man's wife is disrespectful to that man. There are very, very few cases where this assertion is not true. It is true that you have made no promises, and it would be worse if you had. It is also true that if you don't know him he has done nothing to earn any respect from you. HOWEVER, herp-derping about how someone else has a stupid honor code simply because they have chosen to give every man a higher level of respect BY DEFAULT than you have chosen to, does not make them stupid o…

As for above, that would be the residual blue pill in ya buddy No. Fuck you. Having a personal code and living by it is not blue pill; it is understanding your definition of honor. It is personal integrity. He is not forcing it on you, he told you how he evaluates your actions against his code. That doesn't make him right, but it doesn't make him wrong. It does make you a coward in his eyes though. And he has a right to view you that way. Your comment is good. Drop the blue pill shaming.

The only thing that post confirms is that women have value simply by existing. They did nothing but sexually mature and they became desirable. Attractive women have power simply by being attractive. They have something men want. We all knew this already. The data point is nice to have but doesn't really provide any new info.

Careful with this one. Heavy loads, like squats, can impact your height. And the difference between 5'11 and 6' is usually far greater than getting that muscle a couple years early.

I find logging your approaches helps combat this. When starting out write down one thing that went well and one thing you would change from EVERY approach and then move the fuck on. If you you think about failures too much you attach to them and then they can pull you down.

Value is scenario specific. My dentist has zero value selling used cars and a ton of value cleaning teeth. Saying everyone has the same "value" is like saying everyone is special.

Yep. There is nothing wrong with that policy. And from the down votes it looks like I should explain a little bit. I'm saying that if I dropped every plate who's hamster started spinning extra fast on Valentine's Day I would have dropped four plates and missed out on a lot of awesome experiences. If a girl is cool about Valentine's day that is a good sign. And if a girl gets a little irrational about it that is par for the course. If you know the shit tests are coming it is easier to hold frame.…

I'm gonna go with T&A. Tits and Ass. No matter how talented, or sweet, or intelligent a girl is, it seems like the hottest girl will always get picked first. And we have hamsters that spin just as fucking fast, as long as the woman is hot enough. I think part of taking the red pill is realizing how much power women have over men. And then, trying not to be suckered in by a hot body. Just like a girl can use rational thought to overcome her AWALT tendencies, so can we.
