One of my favorites was with a curious woman who was sorta shit testing me with small dick questions when I said I don't typically send dick pics because I prefer to see the reaction in person. I responded by asking her to lay two quarters side by side on her wrist. Then, I sent her a picture of me with two quarters side by side at the base of the tip. She came over that night.

Basically a socially active one vs. a sullen crowd of drunks self-medicating. I'm okay with country as long as it isn't redneck (there is a difference). Ideally a place that does trivia and karaoke along with the occasional live music would be perfect. Those bars typically have regular patrons but have events that attract new people so there's a good combo of regulars and new faces. I think I may have found one, I'm gonna scope it out later this week.

I started doing that on accident, left my earbuds at home so I lifted without them. Not only were people more open to talk to me, I found myself less in my own little bubble and I was more open to talking to other people and initiating conversation. I still bring the earbuds for when I'm doing cardio. If I'm on the elliptical for an hour then the buds are in because I'm zoned out.

I'm in Ohio near Dayton. People are generally friendly here but I've struggled finding a bar with my right crowd.

Good idea. I'll look into that.

I've had decent luck with women, but I've found that finding male friends has been more difficult. Most of my guy friends were the husbands of my ex's friends, so she kept them in the divorce. Plus they're all married anyways and don't get out much on their own.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
