In a way, it was to me too. As you might expect, I'm pretty cynical about women. I glossed over it but it was actually pretty hard to make the leap to marriage.

I've avoided financial planners and advisors. They seem to do better than their clients most of the time. I've also tried to avoid the stock market as I don't really trust it. I don't discount the possibility of her knowing although I think I really did keep her in the dark. We worked at different places before children and my job gave me not only the opportunity but locations/facilities for cheating. It didn't really impact my life at home.
