I'm not a realtor, but if you own a rental property, the rent your charge will cover PITI+M&R (assuming P&I to begin with). If you live in a house you own, you need to spending would be comparable to what you would be paying in rent. You don't go from renting a $1500 apartment to owning a house that costs $2500/month. that's stupid.

Modafinil to work is like steroids to lifting Bingo. You still have to put in the work. Whenever I take it without a plan, I get severly sidetracked like "do I need to buy a new car? let me do hours of research and see if I need to buy a new car". If you have a plan in place and want to stick to it / do it faster, that's when moda can do wonders.

Side note for anyone who missed the whole Charlie Sheen thing: Lambskin / intestine / whatever condoms don't protect against STDs, only pregnancy. Stick with latex unless there's an allergy involved

I call this "The Bullshit Cycle". Two analogies here: Kappa Alpha Order fraternity - "Southern" frat. Lots of guys who rush this fraternity aren't Southern at all, but they fake it. One or two make it though. Next year, those one or two bullshitters are now recruiting new members. The problem is, they can't spot the new bullshitters, and three or four of the new bullshitters make it through. "Plate spinning" makes it seem like the plates are going to fall off the stick unless I'm putting more effort into (i.e., spinning the stick of) the plate closest to falling. If they want to fall I let them fall. There are always more/newer plates to be had.

Unless the CEO owns majority of the shares then she can be voted out. In this case OP's third boss (the one causing the problem) isn't the head of the company. OP's second boss is still above OP's third boss if I read it correctly. Going for a discrimination suit is the thing to do. Settle out of court, take your money and move on.

If there was a number change form that needed to be signed then maybe forgery. Maybe some sort of conspiracy if she got her friends to go along with it. Ultimately some sort of discrimination. Wrongful termination wouldn't really work because he wasn't really terminated. Though if he was promised a job then maybe a breach of contract or breach of oral agreement or something.

Secondary cities are great. Cities of 500k-3m people. Tons of young attractive women that have been dealing with below-average dudes. Big fish / small pond thing. As a bonus, a lot of them want to eventually leave that city (no commitment), and there are always new ones coming in from smaller surrounding towns (especially if theres a large university near by or if it's a "fastest growing city". Can I ask.. What industry are you in? What you should know: I like designing games. I like picking shit apart, finding patterns, and abstracting those patterns into discrete rules. And many things in life tend to work this way. We share similar traits, and I am losing interest in my field.
