I thoroughly agree that in both of those situations the guy was not at fault in the least, and should not be held accountable. I would disagree, there was a video posted a while back of some guy who addressed this and he made a great point. After the semen leaves your body, you have already made your choice. You decided not to use contraceptives and you made your choice already.
