3	Everyone who would have a problem with this doesn't understand. dude, i have been through the same and totally feel and understand what you are talking about. To make a beginning, go ahead and start helping out people, and find ways to do so if no one in the immediate neighborhood needs help. Also, indulge in forms of service which require your active involvement instead of helping out people with cash. That is the first step to feeling good about yourself.
